All prices include GST and are based on a price per person.
Departure Points:
Hammonds Wellington Tours depart from the Wellington i-SITE or hotel pickups are available by arrangement at the time of booking. Pickups will be confirmed on confirmation.
The Sightsee Wellington Tour allows CBD hotel pickups on the 9am tour only.
The Martinborough Gourmet Wine Tour departs from the Wellington Railway Station (see important passenger information below.)
Minimum Numbers:
All tours are subject to a minimum of two guests (with exception of the Sightsee Wellington).
Blackout Dates:
Sightsee Wellington operates daily except Christmas Day.
All other tours do not operate on public holidays, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Anzac Day.
Martinborough Gourmet Wine Tours do not operate on public holidays as above and during Martinborough events, which include the first Saturday in February and March, third Saturday in March and third Saturday and Sunday in November.
Please note 01 May to 31 Aug departures may be limited due to a winter timetable. Please check prior to reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received within 24 hours before tour departure will be charged at full price. No charge for cancellations received prior to 24 hours before tour departure.
Child Rates:
Child rates applicable for children aged 4 – 14 years. Infants accompanied by an adult are free of charge. The Martinborough Gourmet Wine Tour and Craft Beer Tour are not suitable for children, however they may travel with an adult; please call for more information.
Important information for Martinborough Gourmet Wine Tour Passengers:
Please be at the Wellington Railway Station 15 minutes prior to the train departure 8.21am weekdays, 9.55am Saturdays and 9.25am sundays/public holidays. Make your way to the ticket office beside the restrooms to exchange your voucher for a train ticket. You will meet our coach at Featherston Railway Station at 9.20am weekdays or 10.50am weekends/public holidays. Please phone 0800 471 227 to reconfirm your booking 48 hours prior.
